Youth Classes

Educational yoga is a combination of yoga practice and social emotional learning (SEL). Each session will include a discussion with participants about an SEL concept , as well as, participation in a related yoga routine, with opportunities for participants to take turns teaching the class.

Ages 8-11

Social Skills in Action is a social communication group that involves peer collaboration, problem solving, social interaction, and ideation.  Peers will work together to play games, participate in activities and create projects that will provide opportunities for social communication practice in a structured and positive environment.
