SELF-CARE WORKSHOP

This workshop includes instruction with a variety of modalities/techniques that you can use for yourself and for family/friends. You will have the opportunity to discuss and practice these modalities/techniques with those attending the workshop and materials/resources will be given for use after the workshop is complete.
