This class is for all levels whether you are a beginnner or beyond. Modifications will be demonstrated for a variety of poses so you can get in tune with your body and implement the poses in a comfortable and safe manner. Whatever your body type or level, come join us!
Restorative Yoga involves holding yoga poses with the use of props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body and promotes deep relaxation and calmness to the body, mind and spirit.
Trapeze Yoga uses a sling and straps to combine yoga and inversion that can help lengthen the spine, relieve back pain, open the hips and shoulders, and increase strength, balance and flexibility.
*This class is for those that have taken the required start-up session and have learned the basics of trapeze yoga poses and safety.
Tai Chi is a gentle and flowing series of movements that helps improve balance, strength, flexibility and increase the connection between mind and body.
